This role is based in our busy in-house Finance team and offers a great opportunity for growth and development. You will manage the invoicing process of our network of member organisations and handle contract management from a finance perspective, to include the onboarding process and populating our CMS (Salesforce). You will also be a key point of contact for relationship management with our network, finance and legal teams and with the customer for onboarding purposes.
Role and responsibilities:
Reporting to our Finance Lead, you will be responsible for:
Sending off all the onboarding forms to members and populating our Salesforce (SF) records.
Sending emails to customers regarding onboarding as well as financial reminders; sending over pro formas/invoices/uploading to portals and dealing with PO & VAT requests.
Notifying our Senior Finance Officer on SF when pro formas and invoices need to be raised or amended.
Editing any information on SF for the customer as the pro forma/invoice is raised.
Managing the reports produced on SF for sales invoicing and any technical issues that arise within the invoicing set-up process.
Understanding what to look out for in a contract; which entity/payment terms/address/VAT number/annual fee or donation and checking information is correct on SF, uploading any missing information.
Dealing with forms W-8BEN/Bank accounts and understanding what forms should not be automatically filled out and will need to be seen by our Legal team.
Filling out supplier forms.
Setting up a traffic light system for overdue invoices and how to handle these situations on a case by case basis and knowing when to involve our Legal team.
Your profile:
You will be studying towards AAT or planning to do so.
We are ideally looking for someone who has already worked in a finance environment.
You will be a logical thinker and able to operate at all levels of a business.
You will have a strong attention to detail.
An interest in our area of work would be a real advantage.
