Renewal Mill upcycles byproducts from food manufacturing into delicious plant-based ingredients helping to drive down food waste and loss. These chocolate brownies are made from organic okara flour made from the pulp leftover from soymilk processing.
The Ethical Butcher - Striploin Steak
The Ethical Butcher has supplied beef from Bailey Hill Farm, which farms 150 acres using Holistic Planned Grazing — moving their Red Ruby cattle across the land in a way that mimics herds of wild animals migrating across landscapes, improving soil health and supporting biodiversity.
The Ethical Dairy - Garnie Cheese
The Ethical Dairy is an organic dairy that demonstrates an alternative to intensive dairy farming is possible. This vegetarian halloumi-style cheese is called Garnie and is suitable for grilling.

Duchess Oils — Oils, Flour and Pasta
A family-run farm in Hertfordshire, Duchess Farms grows heritage grains, as well as rapeseed which is grown, harvested, pressed and bottled on-farm.
Duchess Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil — good for frying, roasting or as part of a salad dressing.
Einkorn Wheatflour — an ancient variety of grain, this long straw wheat grows tall with deep roots, enabling farmers to produce ingredients as well as regenerative outcomes such as healthy, stable soils.
Duchess Farm Einkorn Ditaloni Lisci — pasta made from wholegrain stoneground Einkorn, an ancient variety of grain.
Hodmedod’s
Hodmedod’s works with British farms and search out less well-known foods, like the fava bean – grown in Britain since the Iron Age but now almost forgotten. Hear more about their story in the Circular Economy Show Podcast, episode 109.

Flour — Today, we have two types of flour on display:
Wrinkled Pea Flour — Wrinkled peas are mostly grown for freezing, but if not harvested in time, they go to waste. Instead, these peas are turned into a delicate flour.
Hemp Flour — Hemp seeds are seeds of varieties of Cannabis Sativa with no psychoactive THC content. They are rich in plant-based proteins and fibre, offering omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.
Other Products — Hodmedod has a range of preserved and processed products, all using beans, legumes and pulses.
British Vaal Dhal — organic Vaal Dhal inspired by Gujarat cuisine in northern India; using only British-grown fava beans and cooked with a blend of mild and aromatic spices.
British Baked Beans — baked using British-grown fava beans, grown here since the iron age.
British Pulses — British-grown pulses including lentils, chickpeas, split and whole fava beans, wrinkly peas, carlin peas and more.
Roasted Pulse Selection — snacks of roasted beans and peas.
Rubies in the Rubble — Sauces and Condiments
Rubies in the Rubble make delicious ketchups and relishes from surplus ingredients sourced directly from farms, helping reduce food loss and waste. Hear more about their story in the Circular Economy Show Podcast, episode 109.
Ketchup — A large proportion of the ingredients in Ketchup is sugar and water. In this ketchup, these two ingredients are replaced with surplus and wonky pears and apples.
Mayo — Aquafaba is the liquid left over from cooked chickpeas which often goes to waste. Working with a range of manufacturers, the Aquafaba is collected and turned into a plant-based mayonnaise.

Sitopia Farm is a regenerative Soil Association organic certified farm and community hub in Greenwich London, growing flowers and fresh seasonal produce in a no-dig system, helping build soil health and supporting biodiversity.
Wildfarmed Flour
Wildfarmed collaborates with farmers, landowners, bakeries, restaurants, and chefs, enabling a market for crops grown in ways that lead to regenerative outcomes like healthy soils and biodiversity.
Marks and Spencer's Bread — In a recent collaboration, M&S Food collaborated with Wildfarmed to produce bread baked with Wildfarmed flour.
